Fairly clean safe accommodation with incredible location strategic to reach all the highlights of downtown and qualified staff. Early check-in, parking on-site. Shuttle available from the airport in prices similar to a taxi if needed.

I really liked the location of the hotel, very convenient and on foot in the center to go to Khreshchatyk 10min and by car to anywhere in the city to go very conveniently near convenient interchanges. The hotel has many services for every taste, and the Lobby Bar with coffee tea or alcohol, there is a restaurant with meal delivery to your room.

No slippers in the room. There's everything! threads, an envelope and an A4 sheet for writing (not necessary things at all) a bag of dirty clothes to take to the laundry, a shoe brush, a clothes brush... but no slippers. It is better to remove these little things and provide guests with disposable slippers are they 20-30grn often in Ukraine I move and rarely in hotels provide slippers that is strange.

best thing about it is the location, it's in the centre of Kiev, next to the metro and it's great to go anywhere in the city... breakfast is great, varied buffet and everything is very good. We had a problem in the room with the safe and maintenance guy liked it very much.

The reception staff is badly faced and not very friendly, on the contrary the taxi staff is a ten . The quality/price ratio is not good, it is expensive for the prices that Kiev offers. The clearest example is the price of an espresso in the hotel, 45 grivnas (1.60 euros at the exchange rate when we stay) and for Kiev ahead about 15 grivnas ( about 0.50 euro cents). European prices. The rooms are quite old. They have their charm from the Soviet era of the hotel, but perhaps they should be adapted a little.

The room was large and compact, had facilities we wanted. Location: the hotel was not far from shopping centres as well as endless superb restaurants. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from Bezdelniki, ate there once or twice.

The hotel is amazing. The hotel staff makes you feel that you are at home and they are part of your family. They will help you in recommending the places to go, the mode of transportation. The food breakfast is good and so is the other meals. Location is excellent. You will enjoy your stay.

Air Condition is bad. You will sweat while sleeping.

Could use some serious updates to the decor!!! The terrace bar lacks atmosphere!!! Small standard rooms may leave some guests feeling cramped .

Great value for money in Kiev.

Rooms are abit tired and in need of reanovation.

Paper work and reservation process clear and easy. Though reservation made in February, it was still active when I checked in late April. Arrival late May was expected. Room was very adequate. Bathroom up to date and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. A highpoint of staying there. Good that breakfast is served from 7 to 11 am. Only problem was the battery wore out on my door key card. It was fixed in 15 minutes once the problem was determined. I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and recommend it highly to future travelers to Kiev.

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the Gulliver Shopping Mall and the Olympic National Sports Complex. The staff was polite and helpful.
